Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
10 to 16 eggs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Fry and drain sausage.
Spray a 2 to 3-quart baking dish with cooking oil.
Place half of cheese in bottom of dish.
Mix spices with sour cream and mix with the sausage.
Spread over grated cheese.
Beat eggs and pour over sausage mix.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
