French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 slices white bread
    1 Tbsp. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    artificial sweetener to equal 2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs, vanilla, sweetener and milk in bowl.
    Dip bread until egg and milk are absorbed.
    Place in nonstick coated skillet.
    Brown on both sides.
    Serve with syrup.
