Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs 5 minutes.
    Add sugar, pumpkin, vanilla and lemon juice.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture.
    Pour into greased jelly roll pan.
    Add 1 cup of nuts on top of batter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Flip out on towel that has been sprinkled with 10x sugar.
    Roll up towel and all while still warm.
