Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. chilled margarine, cut into 6 pieces
    6 c. sliced, fresh peaches
Preparation
    Beat egg white until foamy; brush over the bottom and sides of pastry.
    In a small bowl, combine flour and sugars; cut in margarine until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
    Sprinkle two-thirds into the bottom of the pastry; top with peaches. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
