Baked Pork Chops And Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. butter
    4 1/2 c. bread, torn in small pieces
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 c. water
    3 medium potatoes, quartered
    3 carrots, quartered and cut in strips
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Season pork chops and brown in skillet; remove to baking dish. In skillet, add butter, onions and celery and saute.
    Add bread and seasoning and stir constantly to brown or toast bread.
    Remove stuffing to bowl; cool slightly and add water to moisten.
    Place carrots and potatoes around chops.
    Make dressing into balls and place one on each chop.
    Combine soup and 1/2 cup of water and pour over everything.
    Lay a piece of aluminum foil over top of baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove foil and bake 15 minutes more.
