Peach Dessert Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. corn oil margarine, softened
    3/4 c. sugar, divided
    1 egg
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. skim milk
    vegetable cooking spray
    4 medium size fresh peaches, peeled, seeded and sliced
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream margarine in a large bowl.
    Add 1/2 cup sugar, beating until light and fluffy (about 5 minutes).
    Add egg, egg white and vanilla.
    Beat until well blended.
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
