Delicious Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. lemon jello
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    3 oz. orange jello
    2 c. hot water
    1 c. chunk pineapple (save juice)
    3 diced bananas
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    3 diced apples (if desired)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. pineapple juice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 box Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water.
    Add lemon juice and cold water. When about half congealed, add pineapple, bananas, marshmallows and apples.
    Chill until cold and add topping.
    Combine flour, sugar, egg and pineapple juice.
    Cook until thick and add butter. Cool completely.
    Add Cool Whip.
    This is very good.
