Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayo
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    12 to 14 Ritz crackers
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Blanch broccoli in boiling water; drain.
    Mix mushroom soup, mayo, cheese and onion with broccoli.
    Crush Ritz crackers and saute with butter.
    Sprinkle crackers on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
