Raisin Praline Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped, seedless raisins
    1/2 c. pecans (may use 1 c.)
    1/2 c. softened butter
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 large egg
    1 1/3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Blend the butter, brown sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
    Beat in egg. Stir in raisins and pecans.
    Resift the sifted flour with the baking powder and salt into raisin mixture. Blend thoroughly.
    Turn into greased and floured 8 or 9-inch square pan.
    Spread dough evenly.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven; let stand in pan 10 minutes.
    Turn out and cut into squares.
