Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. grated carrots
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
    1 large pkg. cream cheese
    2 sticks butter (I use 1)
    1 box confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    milk (if needed)
Preparation
    Mix well, oil, sugar and eggs.
    Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Add to liquid.
    Mix.
    Add carrots and pecans. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
