Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large avocados
    2 Tbsp. lime juice or lemon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 (4 oz.) can Ortega diced green chilies
    1 small diced tomato
Preparation
    Peel and seed avocados.
    In a bowl, mash avocados with lime juice and salt.
    Add onions, chilies and tomatoes.
    Mix thoroughly. Cover and chill.
    Makes approximately 3 cups.
    Serve with chips, crackers or raw vegetables.
