Candied Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sweet potatoes
3/4 c. water or juice from potatoes
1 1/2 tsp. butternut vanilla flavoring
1 c. sugar
1/3 stick margarine
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Bring water, sugar and margarine to a boil.
Mix flavoring and cornstarch with enough water to make a paste.
Stir into other mixture as it boils.
Pour over drained potatoes.
Heat slowly for a few minutes.
