Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 lb. butter
    6 eggs, separated
    1 c. sour cream
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar together.
    Beat in egg yolks, one at a time.
    Mix in sour cream and dry ingredients, alternating. Beat egg whites; fold into batter.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Bake in greased tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
