Cholya Saalan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
    1/2 cup cooking oil
    4-6 curry leaves
    3 green chilies
    1 medium onion, finely grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. turmeric
    1-1/4 tsp. garlic paste
    1-1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. cumin powder
    1 tsp. coriander powder
    1/2 tomato, thinly sliced
    5 Tbsp. tamarind paste (imly)
    1/2 pound catfish pieces
Preparation
    Clean, wash, and dry the catfish; sprinkle with salt and set aside.
