Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small yellow squash, sliced
    2 medium zucchini, sliced
    2 small onions, sliced and separated into rings
    1/2 c. water
    2 tomatoes, sliced
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. dried whole basil
    1 tsp. dried whole thyme
    4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in a skillet with a lid; bring to a boil.
    Cover; reduce heat and simmer 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add tomatoes, salt, basil and thyme and toss gently.
    Cover and simmer 2 minutes.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Serve immediately.
