Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 c. milk
Preparation

Sift together flour, salt and baking powder.
Beat eggs and milk together.
Stir egg and milk mixture into flour mixture smoothly.
Pour grease off roast except 1/2-inch.
Remove roast and put pudding in pan, having it about 1/2-inch thick.
Bake.
