Texas Hash Browns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup (or any cream soup)
1 small onion, diced
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 stick melted butter
Preparation

Mix ingredients and put in greased 9 x 12-inch baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
