Potatoes For A Crowd - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
    2 cans cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until golden brown on top.
