Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. butter or softened oleo
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat egg yolks well.
Combine sour cream and baking soda. Stir into egg yolks.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Stir into sour cream mixture.
Add oleo and beat 30 seconds using medium speed.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Fold whites into batter.
