Martha'S Quick Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 c. Dutch cocoa
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Blend together dry and liquid ingredients.
    Pour into a layer or spring-form pan prepared for a moist cake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Cool thoroughly for neat removal.
    Top with whipped cream, powdered sugar or frosting.
