Mom'S Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 c. nuts (pecans)
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    With fork, stir the sugar into the oil.
    Beat the eggs and add to sugar mixture.
    Add apples and nuts.
    Sift flour, soda and salt together; add to other ingredients.
    Add vanilla; mix.
    Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
    Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
