Platillo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pkg. angel hair pasta
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce or stewed tomatoes
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1 to 2 green peppers, finely chopped
    3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 ham steak, finely chopped
    3 chorizos, finely chopped
    olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    For best results, in a food processor, finely chop onion, peppers, garlic, ham steak and chorizos.
    Mix with tomato sauce, salt, pepper and small amount of olive oil.
    Heat in skillet. Cook 1 pound angel hair pasta; drain and mix with meat mixture.
