Mounds Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. plain mashed potatoes, chilled
    4 c. sifted powdered sugar
    4 c. coconut
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix potatoes and powdered sugar.
    Stir in coconut, salt and vanilla.
    Blend well.
    Press into 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Melt chocolate in double boiler.
    Pour on top of candy.
    Cool and cut into squares.
