Can'T Fail Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    3 c. pecans
    1 large can Carnation milk
    18 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Combine sugar, milk and margarine.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat.
    Boil exactly 9 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add remaining ingredients, stir and pour into a large, greased pan. Cool and cut into squares.
