Potatoes Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 potatoes
    2 c. cottage cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and pressed
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes until barely tender.
    Cool and peel them. Cut into chunks, you should have 5 to 6 cups of potato chunks.
    Mix cottage cheese, sour cream and garlic.
    Add salt, pepper and onion in a large bowl.
    Add potato chunks.
    Stir to coat potatoes then pour into a large, flat casserole.
    Top with cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
