Southern Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

salt and pepper
buttermilk
flour
Preparation

Salt and pepper chicken to taste.
Dip in buttermilk.
Roll in flour. For extra crusty chicken, repeat.
Fry in medium-hot oil just to brown, turning once.
Reduce heat and cook on medium-low heat for 10 minutes on each side or until juice runs clear.
Don't turn often to keep crust from coming off.
