Potatoes Ala Yorba - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 pint sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Scrub potatoes cooked with skin on. Cool and peel potatoes. Grate and shred potatoes.
    Set aside. Heat 1/4 cup butter with soup. Add chives, onion salt, sour cream and cheese. Mix well. Season to taste. Add potatoes. Spray casserole dish in oil. Add mixture. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and mix with crushed cornflakes. Sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake 45 minutes.
