Chicken Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can Northern beans
2 lb. boneless chicken breast
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 small onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies, chopped
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
2 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. oregano
6 c. chicken broth
1 c. cheese, grated
Preparation

Simmer chicken in water until tender.
Cut into cubes; reserve broth.
Heat oil; saute onions and garlic.
Add chilies and spices; saute for 2 minutes.
Add chicken and cheese; heat until well blended.
