Shrimp Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 small onion
    1 small pepper
    3 stalks celery
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of onion soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of shrimp soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 lb. shrimp
Preparation
    Melt oleo.
    Saute onion in butter until tender.
    Add soups and shrimp; heat over low fire, stirring occasionally, until shrimp are done, about 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
