Hayes House Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. brisket, trimmed
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 c. water
    2 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. garlic granules
    1 tsp. onion salt
Preparation
    Line baking pan with foil.
    Place brisket in pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients to make a marinade and pour over brisket. Fold foil up to seal and refrigerate and let stand overnight.
    Do not reopen. Bake for 5 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Finished brisket will be tender to a fork and melt in your mouth delicious.
