Apple Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. light brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. peeled, cored and sliced apples
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch shallow pan.
    Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon
    evenly
    over\tbutter.
    Arrange apples over sugar. Sift flour\tand salt together.
    Beat eggs until light. Add flour and 1/2
    cup
    milk to eggs; beat until well blended. Gradually add last
    cup
    of
    milk;
    beat until smooth.
    Gently pour over apples, bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.\tServe at once, cut in
    squares (8 servings).
    Especially good with warm syrup drizzled over top of squares.
