Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 1/3 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
3 c. diced apples
Preparation

Sift together first 5 ingredients.
Beat eggs and add vanilla, oil and sugar.
Add dry ingredients to egg mixture.
Stir in nuts, apples and butterscotch morsels, reserving a few to sprinkle on top.
Pour into greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
Bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
