Weight Watchers Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce, bananas or pineapple
    1/4 c. cornmeal
    1 egg or 1/4 c. egg substitute
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 packet Sweet 'N Low
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Spray muffin pan with Pam.
    Makes 4 large muffins or 6 small.
