Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed a bit and broken up with a fork
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with Pam.
    Combine soup, butter, pepper, onion and cheese.
    Gently mix in the potatoes and pour into pan or dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
