Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; reserve 3 tablespoons juice.
    Combine sugar and flour, then stir in juice.
    Add cheese and pineapple and mix well.
    Spoon mixture into a 1-quart flat oiled dish.
    Combine butter and cracker crumbs; sprinkle over mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until crumbs are lightly browned.
    This is an easy to double or triple recipe.
