Judith C. Michael'S Strip Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    flour
Preparation
    Beat first 3 ingredients together.
    Add enough flour to make stiff dough (stiff enough to roll).
    Roll out and cut into 3/4-inch wide strips.
    Cut strips 3 to 4-inches long.
    Drop into hot broth and cook slowly, about 10 minutes.
