Large Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. blueberries
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    2 eggs, beaten or 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease or line muffin tin.
    Pam works very well.
    Prepare Crunch Topping and set aside.
    In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Add 1 tablespoon of the flour to the blueberries, tossing to coat.
    In small bowl, combine milk, margarine and eggs until blended.
    Stir into flour mixture just until moistened.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Spoon evenly into muffin cups.
    Sprinkle Crunch Topping over tops.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until pick comes out clean.
    Remove from pan; cool on wire rack.
