Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (17 oz.) cans peas, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 (2 oz.) can pimentos, undrained
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 (2.8 oz.) can fried onion rings
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except 1/2 of the onion rings.
Put in greased baking dish.
Sprinkle reserved onion rings on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
