Stuffed Banana Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 doz. peppers
2 medium cabbage heads
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. celery seed
1 c. salad oil (put this on cabbage)
pinch of powdered alum
Preparation
-
Soak peppers in salt water after removing seeds.
Prepare filling all ingredients together.
Stuff peppers and pack in jars with sprig of fresh dill and small amount of garlic in the bottom of jars or 1 teaspoon dill seed.
