Hot Tomato Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small canner half full of tomatoes, cooked down
    2 c. onions, chopped
    2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    2 c. red vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    hot peppers to suit your taste
    1 tsp. canning salt per jar
Preparation
    I use a small canner that holds 5 quart-size jars.
    Cook ingredients down until thick, 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Put into pint-size canning jars.
