Chocolate Angel Cake Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 eggs, separated
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pt. whipped cream
    1 angel food cake
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Melt chocolate with sugar over hot water.
    Remove from heat; add beaten egg yolks and vanilla.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and whipped cream.
    Break angel food cake into bits; sprinkle layer into bottom of buttered 8 x 12 x 2-inch pan, using 1/2 chocolate mixture.
    Sprinkle nut meats over cake; cover with chocolate mixture.
    Dot with rest of cake and nuts.
    Then cover with rest of chocolate mixture.
    Chill overnight.
