Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can crabmeat
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 stems celery, chopped fine
    1 or 2 hard-boiled eggs
    parsley
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Mix and add to very hard white sauce.
    Roll in cakes and dip in egg and cracker crumbs.
    Fry in deep fat.
