Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 oz. Ore-Ida shredded potatoes (patties), fully thawed
    8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    salt and pepper
    16 oz. Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Mix well all ingredients except the cheese and spread in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake, covered, for 50 minutes at 325\u00b0. Spread the cheese over the casserole and bake another 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Let sit for a few minutes before serving.
