Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
3 eggs, beaten
16 oz. can pumpkin
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream shortening, eggs, pumpkin and vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients, add to creamed mixture.
Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cake may be served plain, iced or with whipped topping.
