Fresh Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 large apples, cut in small pieces
Preparation
    Combine oil, sugar and eggs; beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Add flour, salt, soda and vanilla.
    Fold in apples and pecans. Bake in tube pan that has been greased and floured at 350\u00b0 about 1 1/2 hours.
    Let cool 20 minutes.
    Pour sauce over cake while it is still warm.
