Lemon Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sweet milk
1 c. peanut or Crisco oil
3 c. plain flour

Preparation

Mix eggs, sugar, baking powder, salt and flavoring.
Mix good, then add milk, oil and flour.
Mix until smooth.
Make 10 layers. Use 3 tablespoons in each cake pan.
Put wax paper in bottom of pans, then spray with Pam before adding batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until layers are done (do not brown).
