Honey Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    dash of salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. honey
    1/2 c. brewed coffee
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine flour and all dry ingredients.
    In a large bowl, beat eggs.
    Gradually add sugar.
    Beat until thick and light in color.
    Beat in oil, honey and coffee.
    Stir in flour mixture and nuts.
    Oil two 9-inch loaf pans and line with foil. Pour mixture into pans and bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes until browned and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool on a rack before removing from pans.
