Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 tall can evaporated milk
1 stick margarine, melted
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix ingredients together well and put into 4 unbaked pie shells.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
