Meal In A Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans condensed Cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
    1 (3 oz.) can chopped broiled mushrooms, undrained
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
    1/2 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots, prepared according to pkg. directions, drained
    1/4 c. chopped stuffed olives
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Heat
    oven
    to
    375\u00b0.
    In
    a large bowl, combine cheese soup, mushrooms and lemon juice.
    Mix in tuna, macaroni, peas and carrots and
    olives.
    In
    a
    small
    saucepan, melt butter. Add onions and
    cook
    until golden brown, stirring frequently. Stir onions into tuna
    mixture;
    pour into deep 2 quart casserole.
    Mix together
    Cheddar
    cheese,
    bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over
    tuna
    mixture.
    Bake for 20 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
