Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    3/4 c. melted butter
    2/3 c. Carnation milk
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    1/3 c. Carnation milk
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients together; place half of mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0. Melt caramels and 1/3 cup milk. Pour over warm cake. Sprinkle with nuts and chips. Spread
    remaining cake batter over top with a large spoon. Bake 15 to 18 minutes.
